Why is a recent visit not mentioned on my bill?

  1. Depending on your health plan benefits and/or the services you received, it can sometimes take several weeks to generate a bill after a visit.
  2. Once it is ready, you will receive a bill via mail, email and/or text, based on your notification preferences.
